comprehensive “blueprint.” Once we have clarity, we will analyze your needs and send you my design agreement and design fee request. We will discuss the following in your one hour design analysis:
• Our Design Agreement
• Start Date - please keep in mind that we may need to schedule clients 1-2
months out, depending upon current projects .
• Anticipated Installation Date
• Architect you are working with and blueprints you may have
• Construction needs and contractor selection
• Budget
• Personal design style
• Dislikes
• Expectations from us through the design process;
working hours are Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 4:00
After We have received a signed Design Agreement and fee, we will begin the process of
developing your individual design canvas. We always look forward to selecting creative
design ideas that result in detailed, unique and very special spaces. We work closely with
our assistants throughout the course of the project.

Phase 4 - Implementation
Once
we have received your signed Services Agreement and deposit, we will
place your orders. About a month after your orders have been placed,
we will send you a progress report on all items ordered. Please keep
in mind that unforeseen delays occur that change
estimated delivery dates. Back-ordered fabrics and imported items may have
unpredictable deliveries.
We track the following:
• Has the fabric left the manufacturer?
• Has the fabric arrived at the backer?
• Did the fabric leave the backer and arrive at the factory?
• Does the factory have questions we need to answer?
• When are items scheduled to ship?
When an item arrives at the receiving house (Final Location) it will be inspected.
We prefer to use the delivery company for a complete installation. You may pay them
directly for shipping, receiving, delivery and wave our 10% handling fee. In addition,
they can hang all of your art and photos under our supervision, or we can install all your furnishings.
Lastly, all custom items are warranted by the factory. The warranty length varies but is
usually one year. We are happy to assist in any needs as your interior ages, but we will
charge our current hourly fee.
New Construction/Remodeling Consults

We will work with your architect, contractor and kitchen designer to specify finishes, fixtures,
and details to create a beautiful interior. We will suggest showrooms
where we have a professional relationship and we will help make
selections. These showrooms will bill your contractor directly. The
contractor will be responsible for all purchasing, installation, scheduling and problem solving. We will assist solely in the specificationprocess. We will need to visit various showrooms to coordinate your selections.During this process, We would suggest that we set up weekly meetings on a specific day and time. The process could take 12 weeks, depending upon the scope of yourproject. It’s best to select, price and order items before your contractor begins so thatyour contractor is not held up. Some custom items have a lead time of 10-12 weeks. For this service we will estimate a fee depending on the size of the project you describe. Many times the fee can easily exceed my estimate as many clients expand the size of theproject as it progresses. We will review the following checklist to assess your design needs:• Exteriorroofing, stone, brick, stucco, clad, paint, stain, windows and casements• Cabinetry: kitchen, bathrooms, laundry• Doors: exterior, interior, garage• Stairways• Fireplaces: stone, wood, fireboxes• Flooring: wood, stone, tile• Tile, stone and decorative materialkitchens, bathrooms, laundry, entry, exterior, or any other space• Interior trim and all casework for each space, including built-ins• Paint and wall finishes• Hardware: Knobs, pulls, hinges• Lighting: interior and exterior• Appliances• Plumbing: kitchens, bathrooms, laundry• Carpet• Media/AV/Security• Furniture space plansPlease keep in mind that all working drawings must be prepared by your architect, kitchen designer and carpenter.
